Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Khairul Izyan Bin Anuar (“we”) about using pastebook. By using the app you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy policy.

Who can use pastebook

You need to be at least 13, and old enough under the law where you live to agree to these terms. Keep your account secure; if you use a guest account, add an email so you don’t lose it.

Your scrapbooks are yours

You own what you add. So that pastebook can work, you allow us to store, copy and display it, only to run the app for you and the people in your scrapbooks. That permission ends when you delete it or your account, apart from copies in routine backups and reports kept for safety.

Only add photos and words you have the right to share, and think about the people in your photos.

Being kind is the rule

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive people. Don’t use pastebook to:

Reporting and blocking

On any piece or note, open the ⋯ menu to Report it or Block the person who added it. Reports come to us privately; the person isn’t told who sent them. We aim to review every report within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Scrapbooks you share

The owner of a scrapbook decides who is in it and their role. Owners and admins can arrange or remove anyone’s contributions but can’t rewrite them. If you leave a scrapbook or are removed, what you added stays in it unless you delete your account. If you delete your account, scrapbooks you own are deleted for everyone in them.

Premium

Some fonts, inks, frames, stickers and papers need pastebook Premium. Purchases are made and managed through Apple, under Apple’s terms. Decorations you placed stay on your pages, for everyone, even if Premium ends.

Keeping things safe

We work hard to keep your memories safe and the app running, but pastebook is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending

You can stop using pastebook and delete your account at any time in You → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we can.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and tell you in the app about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
